Now if you are not familiar with Top Ten Reviews and who they are, let me bring you up to speed. Top Ten Reviews is a website that posts reviews on web services, games, software, hardware, and music just to name a few. This is the second year in a row that they have named Advice Local the Gold Award Winner for top local business directory service.<\/p>\n<p>They took their top 7 local directory service businesses and compared them on submission features, directories, reports\/tools, and help\/support. All of these categories are rated on a 1-10 scale and each business rated was scored in each category. We received the overall score of <strong>9.5\/10<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>On submission services they rated us a 9.5\/10. The fact that we hand submit to over 100 local directories was a big factor that separated us from the rest of the pack. As we all know, manual posting improves your company&#8217;s credibility because an actual person adding the information.<\/p>\n<p>For the directories category they rated us a 9.8\/10. They were not only impressed with the list of directories we submit to, but pointed out that we are in fact the only company that creates a free 30 second slide show video and posts them to a variety of video directories such as you tube.<\/p>\n<p>In the reports\/tools category, we received a 9.5\/10. One of the key features they liked was our completion report and turn around time for submitting to our list of directories. They also liked that we submit the your company&#8217;s business information to many sites that allow people to rank and review your company.<\/p>\n<p>On the customer service category they gave us an 8\/10. The fact that we provide our clients with a direct line to contact us to assist with any issues was huge.
