Congratulations to Our iPad Pro Winner!

Congratulations to Melanie Mock, our iPad Pro winner! At the beginning of March, we ran a social media campaign asking our followers to share the news of our rebranding using #AdviceLocal. After hundreds of tweets and Facebook shares, we used a random generator to pick our winner, and here she is!

Melanie Mock is an English professor in Oregon. She is the author of the blog “Ain’t I a Woman” as well as several books. She is an avid runner and has completed several marathons. She has two teenage sons who are excited to inherit her 1st generation iPad. Melanie says that she enjoys how Advice Local helps keep her up to date on what’s happening in the digital world. She says that she’s even used the blogs as teaching material in her classroom. Additionally, she uses Advice Local as a model for the kind of work her students might do once they graduate.
