As Client Success Manager, Shelbie Cross is the lead point of contact for technology clients. She is recognized for her ability to build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring timely and successful delivery of services according to client expectations.
Shelbie joined Advice Local in early 2015 and hit the ground running as part of the Business Development Team. She soon advanced to Account Management, where she continues to serve.
In her spare time, Shelbie enjoys cheering on the Oklahoma City Thunder, spending time with her loved ones, and participating in local charity events with her two dogs (Sage Brook and Bambii Faith) to raise money for animals in need.
