Google Announces Ad in Local 3 Pack

Joy Hawkins shared yesterday that Google announced yet another change to the local map pack. At SMX, Google said that the 3-pack is soon going to contain an ad. This means either be prepared to pay for that top ad spot or to buckle down for even more competition for a coveted maps spot. So far the opinions are split.
